We want to bring together people of different ages in the same neighborhood. Their will be neighbors with different degrees of dependency or autonomy: children, young people, families, elderly etc.

Life expectancy has increased exponentially and we can already talk about a fourth period in life. We need to start thinking about how to adapt our lives so we can reach advanced ages in better physical, mental and emotional conditions.

Basic rules to maintain a healthy lifestyle include physical, mental and social activities. We need to be active, to adapt, to maintain an alert mindset: reading, cooking, … and relating to other people: conversations, friendship, physical contact…

Outdoor activities can be organized in the building itself, as there will be open spaces available both in the inner patio as well as on the roof terrasse. This allows the control of those populations that are in need of closer supervision (children, older neighbours with physical or mental difficulties) to join for activities such as the common garden, playing along…
